Our Mission

Our mission is to empower businesses by offering state-of-the-art AI products with accurate data and insights, enabling them to thrive in today's fast-paced and competitive landscape. ​DataFalcon was co-founded by a seasoned entrepreneur and an ex-Google AI product lead, joining forces to drive innovation and excellence in the AI space.

Our Founders

Sayaka Inoue

Co-founder and CEO

  • In 2021, she co-founded DataFalcon and became its CEO. She is the leader of the Sustainability Data Club, which has more than 600 members, including ESG investors and corporate sustainability professionals from around the world.

  • Since 2014, she has co-founded two electric vehicle charging startups.

  • Since 2010, she has been the CEO of Eneleap Consulting, based in Silicon Valley, California. She has provided strategic planning and business development consulting services to major global companies, fast-growing venture companies, and research institutions in the environmental and energy fields.

  • From 2006, she worked as a technical consultant and then as a strategic planning and marketing manager in GE's Energy Division.

  • She has worked for GE in Japan (Tokyo), the United States (New York), and Europe (Austria and the United Kingdom). She has been involved in marketing and business development in power generation, transmission & distribution, and energy consulting.

  • Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Engineering.

  • She wrote a series of columns entitled "Cleantech Business Strategies" for Nikkei Business Online and was interviewed by AERA magazine. She has given numerous lectures at universities and conferences in Japan and the United States.

Riku Inoue

Co-founder 

  • He was a lead product manager at Google headquarters for more than 10 years, where he led the development of strategically important products in the AI and mobile fields.

  • Led the development of Google Cloud AI Platform, an enterprise-class product that enables enterprises to quickly and cost-effectively develop, operate and manage AI applications in a production environment.

  • Led the development of a large-scale AI infrastructure for generating Google Maps data from satellite, Street View, and Lidar. Commercialized state-of-the-art AI technologies as a large-scale application in collaboration with the Google Brain team.

  • Other major products he led include Google Maps for iPhone / Android, Google Search for mobile browsers, Japanese speech recognition engine for voice search.

  • Many presentations/seminars on ML best practices for enterprise customers. Google Cloud Next 2017 conference (Video) (~1000 audience), Google Cloud Next Tokyo `16 (~1000 audience), seminars for Google Cloud customers.

  • Master of Computer Science with AI specialization, Stanford University. Selected as a Siebel Scholar which is awarded to outstanding students in the CS department.

  • Bachelor of Engineering, The University of Tokyo.
